St. Monica Catholic School Commission
Parish school commissions in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis are considered "advisory" to the local pastor. The Commission participates in the decision-making processes by formulating, adapting, and recommending policy to the pastor. Responsibilities include planning, policy development, financial leadership, institutional advancement, public relations/community relations, marketing and enrollment management.
