School Commission
There is no school commission meeting August 16th. Our first meeting will be September 20th.
1:00 Dismissal - August 15,16, & 17
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are early dismissal days. Please be redy to pick up at 1PM each day.
SUPPLIES
Your tuition covers most supplies. All students should have a backpack to carry materials to and form school and wired headphones to use with thier school issued devices. If you are not buying lunches, please pack a lunch as well ;)
UNIFORMS
CLICK HERE for our Logo order form. All forms must be turned into the office by the end of the day on August 18th for our first order window. They can not be used at Village Embroidery directly. We have paper forms in the office. Email your teacher if you would like one sent home.
CLICK HERE for our dress code. We are still allowing plain Navy sweatshirts without a logo for Kindergarten through 3rd grade and plain gray sweatshirts without a logo for 4th-8th grade. Plaid skirts, skorts, kilts, and jumpers must be purchased from SchoolBelles. When you go into the store find the plaid with code #513. We do not have a school code.
DROP OFF & PICK UP
CLICK HERE for drop off instructions. Drop off starts at 7AM. Please be patient. We have 50 new families so drop off the first day will be slower. We will have our staff out in the lots directing traffic. Follow their directions and be safe. Parents should remain in the vehicle.
CLICK HERE for pick up instructions. Please be patient. We have a new traffic pattern to avoid back up onto the city streets. Do not arrive before 12:45PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Have your lot sign in your windshield.
AFTERCARE
CLICK HERE to sign up for Aftercare - We have aftercare available starting Monday at $10 per day per child. All children must be picked up by 5:30PM each day.
Girl Scout Callout
Did you know we have a Girl Scout Troop at St. Monica? Troop 00564 is starting a new year and we would like for you to join us.
Girls in grades k-12 th grade can participate. We meet monthly and participate in a variety of fun activities. We meet on the third Thursday of every month from 6:30 until 7:30.

St. Monica Food Service is in need of part time workers. 4 to 5 hours per day. 3 to 5 times a week.
