Winter Formal Dance
The middle school Gingerbread Winter Formal Dance will take place on December 13 from 6:00-8:30 in the school gym. Students in grades 6-8 may attend. Cost to enter is $3. Please contact Ms. Wilcox, a.wilcox@smsindy.org, for more information.

2nd annual MLK Day of Youth Service
This free, family-friendly event will be held on January 20, 2025 at Madam Walker Legacy Center in downtown Indianapolis. We will have multiple stations set up where kids ages 2-12 (along with their grown-ups) can contribute to their community in meaningful ways in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Activities will include: assembling cleaning kits for recently housed neighbors, making breakfast kits for kids experiencing food insecurity, creating sun catchers for senior friends to brighten their day, designing “Use Your Voice” posters, as well as a dream catcher reflection craft. - High School Placement Test December 7th at 9:00 am!
- West Deanery Night Friday, December 13th starting at 6:00 pm. Students will get pizza, a chance to enter into a raffle and knockout during halftime. Must enter to participate in the knockout game.
