There has been a beautiful change in the weather in the last week and a great sign of the beauty that is to come. Fr. John and I are asking everyone to continue in the faith journey by attending Sunday Mass or service each week and adding to your daily prayer. We have added a rosary guide and The Angelus prayer to the Resource and Spiritual Life web pages. These may provide you with some guidance. You are also welcome to attend daily Mass with us at St. Monica.
DISABILITY AWARENESS STARTS THIS WEEK
This week our school has partnered with The Joseph Maley Foundation to bring their Disabilities Awareness Program to St. Monica School. This includes the Puppet Troupe, guest speakers, and various activities. We invite you to talk with your children about what they experience and learn as part of the Disability Awareness program. PICTURE RETAKE DAY
Picture retake day is Tuesday, October 11th. Order forms were sent home last week. You can also pick one up in the office on Monday. Only students with orders will have their picture retaken.
FAMILY CONFERENCES
Conferences with teachers are currently being scheduled. Please make sure you respond to your child’s teacher to schedule a time to meet. All conferences should be completed prior to October 20th.
FIRST QUARTER
First quarter ends on Friday, October 14th.
TRUNK OR TREAT
Trunk or Treat is our Halloween Celebration and we need your participation! OCTOBER 28th from 6-8PM
We need volunteers to:
- Decorate your car
- Donate food
- Donate candy
- Help with the event

Did you see it at the main entrance to church? We are selling outdoor nativity scenes for $110 each. That is a savings of $20. Fill out this order form and submit payment. All orders will be due no later than October 10th. Nativity Scenes will arrive right before Thanksgiving. You will be contacted as soon as they arrive. CYO SPORTS

Register now for all sports, pay when the sport practice begins. We use registrations to forecast the number of teams we need, without your help, we will need to turn those that register late away.
