Our graduation committee has a plan that includes a few special activities for our 8th grade class. Final Pick-up & Drop-Off
CLICK HERE to sign up. Our final pickup/drop off is by sign up only. All family members are welcome to come but must all have masks and stay together throughout the pickup procedure. If you do not wish to enter the building you may pickup and drop off at the gym door 14. A sign up is still required. The signup will close at midnight on Wednesday, May 20th. If you do not sign up in time, you must pick up your belongings at the gym door 14. CLICK HERE to sign up.

COVID-19 Testing
COVID-19 testing is available throughout Indiana and is free of cost. Please follow this link to find available testing locations and requirements. https://www.coronavirus.in.gov/2524.htm If you choose to go to an Optum site, you can be screened if you have symptoms of COVID-19, are at high risk (over age 65, have diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or other underlying health condition or if you are a member of a minority population) or have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 positive patient. Most locations require pre-registration so please check the requirements online first.
Field Day

Yearbooks
Our yearbook delivery scheduled for May 21st has been changed due to Lifetouch's manufacturing delays as a result of the pandemic and safety requirements for employees. Once we have a delivery date, we will let you know so that you can get your yearbook promptly.
Last Day
The last day for our 8th grade class is Thursday, May 21st. Our last day for all other students is May 28th. You've got this!
Meal Service
We will continue to serve meals through July 3rd. Be on the lookout for a summer schedule in the next week. We will post the times and days on our family calendar as well.
Bread for the World

Volunteers Needed
We need volunteers to help move carpet squares, desks, chairs, and bookshelves to prepare for our new carpet installation in 10 rooms. If your family can spend some time helping June 5-8th please email Mr. Schommer e.schommer@smsindy.org and let him know what times you are available. Since we need to practice social distancing, we can only have 2 families at a time with this project. Thank you for your consideration.
