Yearbook Ads - Business and Student pages
The Yearbook will once again be selling space in the advertisement section of the 2022-23 Yearbook. This is a great place to advertise your business. Select a half page, quarter page or eighth-page format. All ads (and the entire Yearbook) will be in full color. You can design your own ad exactly as you want it to appear.
Prices for the ads are as follows:
Full-Page $200 Half-page $100 Quarter page $60 Eighth page $40
If you are interested in purchasing an ad, please contact Molly Pops m.pops@smsindy.org . This will reserve your space in the ad section. You do not need to submit the ad or money at this point. Final ads and payment will need to be submitted by FRIDAY, February 24th.

Survey Results
Over the past month we have had several surveys. Here are the results of the 3 main surveys.
8th Grade Chicago Trip - Of the 47 families, 32 people responded. 78.1% wish to have a 2 day trip and 21.9% would prefer a one day trip. We are working on a plan to attempt a 2 day option for May 11th & 12th.
Middle School or Junior High - Of the 230 families, 35 people responded. 71.4% want to move to a junior high model, 22.9% would prefer to stay with the middle school model, and 5.7% had no preference. After school commission discussions, reviewing our current data, discussions with staff, surveying our parents, and articulating our needs for 6th grade students, we have determined that we will have 6th grade as part of our elementary school for the 2023-2024 school year. We will advertise for a 6th grade teacher starting this week.
Staff Intent to Return - Each year we survey our staff to determine their intent to return. This does not mean that we are able to offer them a position until our budget is determined. Of the 54 staff members, 53 staff members filled out the survey. 96.2% of the staff intend to return. Of the 2 staff members that do not intend to return, one is moving out of state and the other is changing to higher education. Both had expressed their intent prior to being hired.
CYO SPORTS
Pay when the sport practice begins. We use registrations to forecast the number of teams we need, without your help, we will need to turn those that register late away.
