Is Your Child Vaccinated?
Some of our kids are able to have the COVID-19 vaccine which protects them and others. With this, their quarantine is different from those who are not vaccinated. If your vaccinated child is a close contact, he or she will need to be quarantined for 3 days, at which time they can come back to school with a negative COVID test. In order to do this, we need a copy of their vaccination card or a copy of their status from myvaxindiana.in.gov. Without these records your child will need to quarantine for the full 10 days.
Karate

Recess
If you would like to volunteer for recess, please email Mrs. Exline c.exline@smsindy.org with your available days. We need volunteers from 8:30-9:00, 10:30-11:30, 12-12:30, and 1:30-2:00.

Uniform Sweatshirt Exception
Risse Brothers does not currently have a building. You are permitted to purchase sweaters from other vendors such as Wal-Mart, Kohls, Target, Meijer, and JCPenny. Kindergarten through 3rd grade wear Navy sweatshirts. 4th through 8th grade wear Gray sweatshirts. CLICK HERE for our dress code.
