Welcome Back Bash!
We are excited for the 23-24 school year and we hope you are too. Please join us on August 7th at 5:30pm. This is a time to sign up for the various ministries, meet your child’s teacher, and get directions on our procedures. Let's start the year off with a celebration.
All teachers have their class lists. You should hear from them soon. Be on the look out for a postcard or email.

Volunteers for Clean Up

School Commission
Our school commission meets once a month during the school year. We are advisories that participate in decision-making processes and anyone may join our school commission. If interested, please contact Stephanie Mason via email at s.mason@smsindy.org
Giving Garden

- Saturdays: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Check the schedule regularly in case a date changes. We will use the same link all season.

CYO Sports
We need coaches and volunteers for all sports. No experience required. Contact cyo@smsindy.org to let them know you want to help. We will have a sign up sheet at the Welcome Back Bash.
Aftercare
SMS AFTERCARE-EXTENDED DAY program operates daily from 2:45pm until 5:30pm starting Monday, August 14, 2023 through Friday, May 31, 2024. ACED follows an elementary school calendar, recognizing traditional holidays and breaks. The job includes supervision of Preschool-8th grade students during indoor and outdoor activities and homework assistance. There is some flexibility regarding arrival and departure time.
